We had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez before Thanksgiving 2024. Evan did an amazing job! He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the business. We hadn’t had our carpets cleaned in 5-10 years and they looked beautiful after he was done! Drying time was reasonable and they still look great now, 3 months later. I would highly recommend Zerorez!!
The service was great. But I am unable to print your invoice. My system won't allow because it says "unsafe". Called for a resend. Same thing. Called back for invoice to be mailed to me. If not received, I will not be able to use your service again or to recommend, as I need the invoice for tax purposes. Suggest you check into this.

Edwin was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. With four animals and then the kiddos our carpet was in dire need of a cleaning and refreshing. This is the first time I've ever used a carpet cleaning service and I will forever continue to use Zerorez.

I have used Zerorez twice now and both times they have provided excellent services. They were prompt and professional. They were able to schedule within 72 hours of requesting time. Their costs were appropriate and their work precise. I will definitely use them again!
I wasn’t here this time I had to substitute at my church for someone that was ill and they’re just several stains I’m surprised wouldn’t come out but next time I will be present when he’s here. My husband just didn’t even check let a man and ignored him.
