Friendly guy but honestly I think it was a little pricey for just 2 rooms . There were still spots that didn’t come clean which is ok because I know we had problem areas however why was I charged extra and still had those spots?…

You stood behind your service which we appreciate that. We did not have a good experience on 11/14 but we called back and you sent a different technician (Kevin) and he did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. So we are very satisfied.
Whoever you sent on 1114 needs more training.

Feels like different company

The technician was very nice and had a positive attitude. However, he was texting or reading messages on his phone multiple times while he was at my house. I expect service people to be focusing on my job while they are here and not doing personal business.
Also this is the first time a Zerorez technician has not worn shoe coverings. So this technician walked all over my carpet with dirty tennis shoes.
I will say that the carpet looks good.

The technician did a thorough job cleaning the air ducts and the furnace. He was professional, detail-oriented, and he left our house smelling clean!

They were phenomenal - they were early, polite, considerate of me and my home, hardworking, patient and were able to explain the aspects of the job without being pushy or condescending. And so many people today act as if doing their job is an inconvenience but Jay and Austin, despite being their next to last job, were energetic and seemed to truly care about the quality of their work!

The hallways and heavy traffic areas should have been run three times or more. There are patches of darker and lighter colors in the same veins/areas. I believe it will all be mostly uniform if done three runs.

I was told during the appointment that those heavy traffic discoloration will mostly go away.
