Our cleaner was incredible, we didn't realize our last cleaning was not up to par until we had this cleaning!! He got out stains we thought were stuck! He took his time and we truly felt like we had all star service.

We were able to get a quick appointment for a move in carpet cleaning. 3 rooms and a hallway and Zerorez was there on time (early even) and did a quick, professional job. We would definitely use them again.
Misled when quoted price. Wanted pet odors removed and quoted $136 to clean carpet. When employee came quoted $600 for cleaning one room and pet odor extraction. Shocked at increase in price. Will use another company next time.

Technician was professional and thorough with his explanation, however, the PRICING jumped exponentially from the first time we used the service to the second time. I find it difficult to believe that adding a pet treatment for cleaning the carpets in 3 bedrooms should cost almost $200 dollars.
