Carpet looks marginally better than it did before. The pet smell is still very strong. It was under the impression that the carpet gets retwisted no indication that this was done. Very disappointing.

The tech for carpets was nice enough but smelled heavily of Marijuana and did not use corner protectors on our trim work. I am kind of surprised that a company as large as Zerorez with staff driving company vehicles would allow someone under the influence to drive their rigs honestly.

Just paid over $500.00 to make all the air only cone out 1 vent therefore all my other rooms stay cold. We took a Giant Step Back as far as making our home more livable.
I'm 73 and my husband is 70 years old so now we have layer and bundle up in our own house just to keep from getting sick.
Big Regrets for ever seeing Zerorez on Good Morning Texas. They are also being informed that they are promoting how Zerorez does business. Seniors on fixed income need a refund on this botched job. We don't have an unlimited amount of money to throw away. This will be forwarded to Shawn Moon.
