Tech was INCREDIBLE! Friendly and I could tell he really wanted to do a good job. Due to his excellent work we are going to start using Zero Rez instead of our regular carpet cleaner.
I want to request this same tech--as I was not that happy with the previous tech with Zero Rez.

Not a noticeable difference. Maybe it’s just not a deep enough clean as I’ve had them cleaned before and it looked a lot better than it does now. It took all of about 30 min so perhaps more time should have been spent. I appreciate the technique used with less water/residue but it didn’t seem to clean very well.

Professional and a job well done!

We had some carpet stains that within a day were back. We've had you clean these carpets before and even though the stains always come back they didn't come back immediately. Is there something that can be done?

Your services are not as professional or effective as advertised. During the first service, the representative skipped a whole step. When I finally spoke to a manager regarding the issue, the same technician was sent again not even knowing why he was here. Acted like he didn’t know he didn’t complete the job correctly the first time and was supposed to completely re-service. I have now gone over the same areas with an at-home machine and am still getting extremely dirty water. This is surprising and disappointing considering you all serviced the carpets not long ago. Your solutions seem very ineffective and the results make it feel like a complete waste of money. When someone hires a professional, you expect way more of a positive, effective result compared to an at-home machine. It is quite the opposite in our case and leaves us feeling like it has been a waste of money, time and energy.

Poor job

Jay was the technician. He was very friendly and professionally knowledgeable. He did some deep cleaning to see how much dirt he needed to clean and spray for.

I ordered the 3 room special but I only had 2 bedrooms that needed cleaning. The tech did a great job cleaning the bad dirt areas.

I had some red spots in the other bedroom but the tech said he couldn't remove them. I said the show on GMA Texas, said yall could removed red spots. He said he wasn't aware of that advertisement. That was suprising to me.

severe stain was initially removed! Next day part of stain returned!
