We have used your services, I believe 5 times. We have always been satisfied except once and that was due to the service technician not following the companies protocol.
The products used for treating stains, along with the water system has kept our light color carpets showing beautiful over the last 3 years.

I was satisfied with the quality of work, but some of the charges seemed excessive. Air duct cleaning was $600, but the additional charges made the final bill $2035. I was prompted to tip, which seemed ridiculous and shameless.

The technician went over exactly what he was going to do, what Chemicals he was going to use and in the end he told me about several spots he could not remove. He also gave me a bottom line price. Joseph was very professional, and polite.

I like that the cleaning process doesn’t involve chemicals and gets the carpet clean and is not wet, wait a few hours to dry . My last technician Fabian, was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I would request him again next year.
The agent that came to my house was very nice, but he left soap on the floor and didn’t vacuum it up so now my carpet is yellow
