When I booked the carpet cleaning service, I was not made aware of the pet policy in which I had to sign a waiver that waived my right to the 30 day warranty since I did not want to upgrade to the pet treatment service. The pet treatment service was $75 PER ROOM, which was very expensive and increased my cost by $225 since I was having three rooms cleaned. On hindsight, I should have just asked the technician to leave and should have gone with a different carpet cleaning company. As the technician stated to me, without the pet treatment service, the carpet would smell worse after cleaning without the pet treatment service, and he was 100% correct. My carpet smells absolutely terrible and I have out of town guests coming in 5 days.

The quote for service when booked online was not what was charged, ended costing more. The duct service was very messy. The technician did not explain the process so we did not have house items covered to avoid everything getting dirty & dusty.

The service technician was fantastic!

Well this technician I feel did charge me unneccesary fees. For example I was given an additional charge of 10 during my estimate related to cost of service not meeting the minimum. when the technician arrived I added the pet deoderizer that was $70 for one small room (whereas the cleaning of 3 rooms was 99) but they still left that charge having the service almost 100 more than the orginal estimate and almost 200 more than promotion.

I wasn’t very happy with the first out come and when I expressed my feelings, they were real quick about fixing the issue. Once they came back it exceeded my expectation. I will be back!!!
