My carpet is old and he still did a good job cleaning.
Zerorez does not leave any smelly residue, and quite frankly, does a much better job than other carpet cleaners. The staff is on time, quite pleasant, and very efficient.
I get a clean carpet, and the tech was very nice and professional.
The technician was not very professional looking, no uniform, just a sweatshirt that identified the company. The quote was completely off by $600 even though I selected the correct items online. Many of the stains are slowly coming back. So I doubt I will use this company again.
Charge less than $75 for pet treatment per room on top of already paying for cleaning charge.
Price charges for rugs was ridiculous
Randy did a great job cleaning our old carpet!!! He got all of the spots up!!! He even cleaned our bedroom carpet while my husband was sleeping and the lights on. He didn't hear anything or wake up or remember anything!!! Randy, you're the best carpet cleaner ever!!!

There are too many problems that happen that day for me to explain, and after it finally did get done it does not even have an air freshener smell I am so disappointed I had seen you on TV how good you did and how for air freshening the room was I did not get that plus there were problems with the equipment. The truck had to be replaced. Just a zoo. So the tech was at my home for sometime. I was unable to do the things I had planned to do so no I will not be using you again. The carpet smells like it was clean with something, but does not have a refreshing smell I had to spray it in order for the room to smell better
