The scheduling was easy, I was kept in the loop about when the cleaning would take place. Jesse (the technician) kept in contact and let me know when he would be showing up. He was polite, and professional. When it was over, my carpets looked and smelled brand new. Thanks Zerorez and Jesse!

Stains were not treated or removed. I was able to remove them myself .
Called back out to re-treat one small room for smell that occurred once finally dry. Technician could not identify, but office claimed additional pet treatment of $60….. still bad, pulling up carpet and moving on.

Our "tech" was very friendly, but there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier at times. We also had a very specific area in one room that we were hoping would have a stain removed, and it's still very evident to the eye so that's disappointing. Grout in the bathroom looks a bit better but no crazily so, and the carpets do actually feel a bit "crunchy" after our time. All in all, no dissatisfied but perhaps placed the bar a little too high for Zerorez apart from other vendors, which is on us I suppose.
