Technician did excellent job. We had some tough spots and he took the time to explain and to tell us his plan of attack. We were very pleased with the results. Extremely friendly and thorough.

Service over the phone quoted one number. Techinicians then quoted about triple that number. I agreed, as I need the work done effectively.

The work WAS NOT effective. The pet odor has not diminished in several places. I was bait-and-switched and then overcharged for the results I got.

The online scheduling only allows for wall to wall carpet option. Thus you quote a low price and then when the technician gets here and it’s area rugs (even though smaller than wall-to-wall carpeting) the price quadruples. The cleaning was OK (spots remained inaccessible few locations) but not worth $1200 for two hours of cleaning.

The technician, Sam, was on time, efficient and clearly knew his skills. Excellent job.

Very disappointed we have not been able to sleep in the room cleaned I. Over a week due to wet carpet and a horrible order. Tech has been out twice and still no resolution.

Carpet is no cleaner than before he came. I’ve used zerorez a lot and then for some reason this time it doesn’t seem like it was even cleaned. The technician also wore his shoes in our house on our carpet. In the past they have always worn shoe covers.

The service was good the carpets look great. The service man was pleasant and informative. They will up-sell their service. The special for 3 rooms is not what you will pay in the end.

I like the fact that you all will come back out within 30 days for a redo. We had pet odors that didn't come out the first time. With a second pass and additional surface treatment, our carpets are great!

I love the process in which zerorez cleans carpet. We have always had consistent good customer service as well.

Technician was knowledgeable, patient, and explained the service and how our AC works. We don't appreciate the upcharge after the fact. The expenses for extra costs should have been mentioned up front.
