First cleaning, we had caused a very strong odor in a bedroom. Technician came back out to try to rectify and it did not work and we are now spending three times as much as the original carpet cleaning to get it taken care of. Contacted management for Discount and told nothing could be done.
Very disappointing considering the business we’ve give to you in the past.

We have used zero rent for more than 10 years. The service is usually great. I’ve never spent more than $160 to have the same three rooms done. The technician up sold my husband a bunch of stuff we didn’t truly need, and our bill was over $600. I gotta go shopping for a new carpet cleaner, because you all ripped us off unnecessarily. We are senior citizens on Social Security and wish we didn’t have to do this.

The technicians were courteous and professional. They did a good job.
No arriving within the schedule time frame. I had to call the call center why the technician was late. It took sometime to get a call back with an update . Since I was unable to reschedule for another day. I had to call a relative to be at the house to meet the technician.

Price was as advertised and no high pressure
I had email approval from AllState that a ZeroRez employee would be by to clean the upholstery on 4 patio chairs, 6 dining chairs, and 3 stools.
Two attendants came on the first appointment. Said they didn't have approval, and this was going to "cost a lot more money". They spot cleaned an area of carpet that I pre-advised of and I paid this invoice and gave a $30 cash tip.
The guy said they would have to call me back about the upholstery, and they left.
I had to follow up with Zerorez, because no one called me.
The order wasn't even in the system. I had to hold for a long time.
It was all ridiculous. I had to repeat again what the order was and that I had approval under warranty.
A new date was set for April 12th at 12pm-3pm.
Here it is 2:49pm and no one has called 30 mins in advance to say they were on their way.
Bobby came about 20 mins past 3. He did a good job.
I am not happy with the service I received from AllState or ZeroRez.
Javier and Kevin were very professional and very timely. Considering that my carpet is over 30 years old, the did an amazing job. They explained everything before starting. I highly recommend Zerorez.
No smell, dries quickly and polite techs.
You hire good people and that's tough to do. Your products don't have a strong smell or appear to leave a residue that gathers dirt that defeats the purpose of having your carpets cleaned in the first place. The cleaning was successful and your technician was professional and friendly - overall success. I do have two suggestions though: (i) offer a furniture moving option for a fee; and (ii) your truck was pretty stinky - find a way to eliminate/minimize that smell.
The spot treating didn't work on most of the spots or traffic areas.
But mainly because the dry time was NOT what we were told. The carpet was splotchy and not dry until at least 24 hours after. Actually I think longer. Our carpet is not thick, not pile, and it still took what seemed like forever. We were beginning to think too much water was used or something. We were told the carpet would dry in 4 hours. So it took 6 times longer than what we were expecting.

Everything looked and smelled brand new! Great service!
Overall, I had a good experience the last time except that my office still has ordors. The other rooms with the same issue all turned out well with no residual oder. I always use zerorez, ever since I lived in Austin and also in the Dallas metro area.
