Your technician was very professional
The carpet was no cleaned well. I don't think they spotted it. I do not think they were there even an hour. I will not be using you again.
The carpet upstairs including the staircase smell musty. I thought it would settle after a few days but unfortunately it has not.

Our tech, William, was super nice, friendly, thorough, dedicated to doing an awesome job and he did. He called before he came, the showed up promptly, and ready to work. He explained how the process worked and even information about the company. He covered all spots with spot remover and then proceeding to clean the carpet. It smelled so nice and clean and you could watch the difference in the carpet as he cleaned it. They had a great special on the price and we are completed happy with the outcome. When I was looking for a carpet cleaning company both my husband and my brother told me to call Zerorez after they heard of them on the radio, and I am so glad I did. I have already recommended them to my brother and will to others. Thank you William and Zerorez for a great technician that enjoys his job and excels at it and the company for a great product and service.

The scheduling was easy, I was kept in the loop about when the cleaning would take place. Jesse (the technician) kept in contact and let me know when he would be showing up. He was polite, and professional. When it was over, my carpets looked and smelled brand new. Thanks Zerorez and Jesse!

Mr. Avila was able to give us a resolution for our pet stains and now our couch looks like brand new!!. Definitely appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.
