Technician was very patient and informative about the complete work involved in cleaning the duct system. This was never explained in my first contact to set up the appointment. He did an excellent job and had pictures to show the work accomplished.
No Chemicals are used, fast drying time.

Late arrival and poor service. My window was between 8-10, but tech didn’t show up until 12:15. No explanation or apology. Once arrived he convinced me to add the pet treatment but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t applied. He hurried through the job spending approximately 5-10 minutes per room. (3 rooms) That’s after he said the pet treatment had to sit 10 minutes before the cleaning. He was packed up and gone by 12:45. I’ve used you in the past and you were always on time, and did a good job. Not sure what happened this time, but very disappointed.
Caesar was wonderful. He was polite, on time, and cleaned my father-in-laws horribly spotted carpet and made it look brand new! I have already recommended him to others and will be a return customer. Thank you !
Not sure if you changed your process. in the past my carpet and house smelled fresh. This time by house smelled like wet carpet. Had to get my air purifier out to mask the smell.
I don’t feel my carpet is as clean as it should or could be.

Wrong quote - Over charges
Excellent service
Pablo was here Wednesday morning (the 12th) between 9:40 - 10:20. He did a super job cleaning the carpets and getting out a tough stain, very grateful.
However, our concern this morning (the 14th) a full 2 days-over 48 hrs later-there were various places that were still
damp, and felt kinda sticky to the touch, or when barefoot!
We did pull out a box fan early this afternoon to help with the drying.
