Two trucks had to be sent out. Carpet cleaning and dry time impacted by the delay. Lois of exhaust came into the house from the truck.
The Technician, Julian, that came out was extremely helpful and very very informative, teaching me how the entire process worked while also answering any questions I had about the process. He took care of our home quickly and efficiently, I will be using ZeroRez again simply because of his customer service. Aside from that incredible customer experience, the carpet treatment left the whole home smelling nice and fresh and the carpets very very clean.
The process
We have used Zerorez for many years now. They have several services that they offer. We just had our dryer vent cleaned out. Well worth the expense. Thank you. Tristan did a great job and was very informative.

Carpets looked the same before and after the service
The service professional was very nice. However, I was expecting more of a noticeable result based on the advertisement that prompted me scheduling a carpet cleaning. We live in a pet free well maintained home with mainly (no shoes) traffic stains that are still visible. It’s not even been a week since our cleaning and you can’t even tell the carpets have been cleaned.
For the amount of money that was spent the floor did not look any better. The bathroom was an extra $250 and I could have done a better job with a scrub brush. The technician was very nice and tried hard but it was not worth $1000.00

It’s the best cleaning I have ever tried
Carpet looked terrible when tenant moved out. Thought I would have to replace it. When Buddy showed up we discussed if it was worth trying to clean or replace. He suggested he try a spot treatment at no charge to see results. He picked the worst spot to address, and the results were positive. All the carpets turned out great.

Needed living room floor cleaned and scheduling was on point. Got the job done before new couch arrived.
No chemicals. Very polite, kind service personnel.
Getting upsold on site is a bit frustrating. And today, 48 hours after the cleaning, stains are resurfacing. So after being upsold and paying the money - it certainly doesn't feel worth it.
