You don't use harsh chemicals and are pet friendly. Your personnel are also very friendly and interested in satisfying your needs.

They got my old carpet clean. That carpet has been in that house since the mid 80s, so I was quite pleased with the outcome. They also communicated thoroughly throughout the process.
Spots left on carpet and dark areas that I was able to clean up myself with Spot Shot and elbow grease!
