On time. Professional courteous knowledgeable.
stains and dirt was not removed on the carpet that I was able to use a white cloth and water to remove. the carpet looked well vacuumed and maybe the dirt and partials from down inside the nap were removed but not and of the stains.
grout was not clean in all areas and was told it was the grout stain. when i got down on my hands and knees i was able to, again, take a white cloth with water and wipe dirt from the grout. some grout was dislodged from between the tiles in a couple of places
tile was left a a dull residue that I had to get on my hands and knees with a white cloth and water to wipe away. it took 3 rounds of this and i still feel there is a residue on the tile. I just have not had time to mop the floor myself since the service tech was here.
on a high note, scheduling the cleaning did make us clean up the clutter and purge in the rooms serviced
The carpets look great. Keith was especially good to work with.

I’ve used your company in the past and was very pleased. This time I had 3 rooms cleaned (1 had a few drops of coffee, 1 had a some food stains, 1 just needed cleaning, but no significant spots) and a flight of stairs. The technician said he was finished and I went to look at the work. I saw every stain that I had pointed out, so I asked him to work on them again. They looked much better and the stains are barely visible. I’m glad I asked him to try again! Also, I had scheduled the cleaning because you had a 3 room special and I added the staircase special that included 15 stairs. I have 4 extra stairs which cost an additional $300 ($75 for each stair). I feel that is a ridiculous amount to charge for 4 stairs. I’m disappointed in the work, and the fact that the technician was satisfied with his work and was packing up to leave before I asked him to try again.

Dee did a great job of cleaning our carpets after a remodeling project in our home. He gets a 10 out of 10 stars for making our carpets look great again. The stairs look especially good after his thorough cleaning!

The company communicates very well. After making an appointment, I received a text to confirm. On the day of service, the technician Jamie texted ahead of time to notify us that he was on the way. Jamie was outstanding. He was very friendly, competent, and careful inside our house. He wore protective covers over his shoes so not to track dirt into our house. He was able to remove tough stains and made our carpet look new even though it’s over 13 years old. I highly recommend Jamie and Zerorez.
