Drying time and no overwhelming smell of cleaning products.

Made the house refreshed. The tile scrubber is the best part. With a dog that tracked in debris it gets crazy. The guy that came out was very professional and polite. Wanted to show us everything to keep us informed.
The technician was great and I appreciated his suggestions but didn't feel pressured. Also, our carpet looks fabulous.

My appointment time was 12-3 pm. Because it was stated that I had to move any furniture and vac the carpet prior to the process. I had made arrangements for my son and son-in-law to come and move furniture at 10:30. I was going to vacuum after the furniture was me. The Zero rez truck showed up at about 9:30. I explained to him that he was early and I had arranged for furniture to be moved and carpets vacuumed. He insisted that he was going to move the furniture and vacuum and began doing so. He then stated that I needed to have a substance added to remove any pet odors. A little later, I was told that I needed a substance put down to protect the carpet. I did say OK. He was just doing one living room. This ended up my paying $339.00 for about one hour. This was way too much. He stated that the carpet would dry in 4 to 6 hours. It was still damp the next morning. I have never paid this much for any carpet cleaning....even the whole house. The carpet looks OK, but not what i would expect. The carpet is high end and has been down about 6 years. It has never been professionally cleaned. I have done it with my machine. I am unable to do so right now due to recent back surgery. I am disappointed. I do know that ZeroRez usually does a nice job because of friends.

My first treatment left streaks on my living room Berber carpet but the company honored their 30 guarantee and arranged for repeat cleaning to be done on my living room floor.
On my 2nd cleaning the original person assigned the work order ended up not being able to show up at the assigned time and I had to call the company about a replacement. They sent out Julian Avila who was very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the cleaning and even reapplied the pet treatment on my floor at no charge to ensure my satisfaction.
I was satisfied with the cleaning on the other 2 rooms (non - Berber carpet) and the vinyl floors.

The man that came and provided the service to us was very nice. However, we had a cleaning for our dryer vent (roof access) after the cleaning was completed our dryer was still indicating there was a limited air flow. My husband then accessed the roof of our home and lifted the flapper on the vent and a large amount of lent came out of the top of the vent. While the cleaning was completed from inside the home it did not remove all lent in the vent. This was very disappointing when we paid $216 to have this task completed.

I was not here for the whole cleaning of carpets. The upstairs room was fine but downstairs room not so good. Stairs to upstairs good too. Tiled floors ok but could have been a little better job. Very high price for cleaning tile think it could be brought down a little.
