I had my carpet and a couch cleaned. My service techs Paul and Darius were friendly and very professional. They made sure I was happy with the cleaning and were happy to go over spots I wanted them to go over. I hit recommend ZeroRez.

I called on Saturday morning, then again on Monday morning as I feel that my carpet was not cleaned as it had been before by your company. The previous times that the carpet was cleaned, I could tell a difference, this time was different. I don't know if it was because of the treatment that he sprayed on at the end or what.

I love pallendroms. -zerorez. I also appreciate that Zerorez uses no toxic chemicals. Service man Robert explained everything and did great job.
Men working on carpets were knowledgeable and professional . They explained each step that they were gong to do. And then made sure I check out what they were doing
The service technician was very professional. The products was very eco friendly and left my home smelling so fresh.
Jonathan was not only charming and a sheer delight but also most knowledgeable and informative about what makes carpeting get dirty. I'm 78 years old and had no idea that even bare feet leave oil deposits resulting in dark traffic tracks. If you train your technicians on how to conduct themselves out on a job, you might consider promoting Jonathan into doing job readiness and training for your company!

The van leaked oil and another substance in my driveway which kind of put a damper on the experience :(

Everything! Everything they advertise is true, such clean carpet with no chemicals used. The technician, Alberto was very detailed with his work and extremely personable. Very positive experience, I highly recommend this company.
Pros, customer service
Their system to confirm the appointment and arrival time was accurate. The carpet felt like new and the pet orders were gone. The service tech was very efficient and polite. He explained the treatments to me and got me the results I wanted.

Pricing was a little high.. I really wish it were lower. Also giving the home owner an option for a fragrance to be added into the cleaning would be nice. After the cleaning was done, the carpet was really clean, but a fragrance would have been a nice touch.

I love Zerorez, they do amazing work on my flooring. Regarding the first technician that came out on Monday, I don't believe he had his settings correct as the staircase, hall and bedroom were almost dry before he left, and honestly they didn't look very clean. The downstairs rooms were fine which leaves me to believe he just didn't have something set correctly for the first 3 areas he did, stairs and upstairs. In addition the the main downstairs living areas, he did a nice job on the kitchen floor too. I did call on Tuesday to get a second cleaning on the areas I was unhappy with and they were very responsive. The tech came out today, was very friendly, agreed that those areas needed additional treatment and I was a happy camper as usual. Zerorez saved my carpets from the carpet cleaners that leave all that residue. They look great! Thanks again.
