Our technician was extremely kind and professional. He did a thorough job cleaning our carpet. We are very satisfied!
Make sure all techs have working equipment -excess water leaking is not good when it leaves streaks on flooring not part of the order. In addition to walk-through before stating the job, techs should automatically go over the invoice with costs (no surprises) Phone schedulers should be aware of promos and honor, or give techs information for customer to follow up on discrepancies.
Don't run an ad on the radio "3 rooms for $89" and then charge $450 to actually get the carpet clean. Bait and switch.
It's one thing to up charge for extras but it's practically a scam what you guys are running.
The fact that you don't use soap to clean the carpets. You do a great job getting out stains.
We used your carpet cleaning service years ago, and were very satisfied. The next time we had our carpets cleaned, we used a competitor who was a friend. Nice person, not good service. So we came back to Zerorez. So glad we did. Professional, great job, upfront pricing, our tech Tristan was wonderful. But the bottom line is our carpets looks SO much better. Huge difference. Would highly recommend!
Your products is great getting out stains that come through from previous spills.
Had to request for certain areas to be re-cleaned. After this clean I will not be using zerorez and will not recommend to others.
Technicians are always friendly and professional. They are careful with furniture and other items that could possibly be damaged. They explain thoroughly what their plan is and they work efficiently. The final result of their work proves how good their training and experience is.
That it leaves my carpets clean with minimal down time (dries fast). Loved it.
The price quoting over the phone vs at the home was 2x more expensive. I expected a little up-sell, but the final amount was ridiculous.
I have used Zerorez the last couple of years for our carpets and tile floors at home. Each team member that has come out to complete the work has been courteous and professional. And their pricing is on par as well.

No odor and drys quickly. Safe for pets.

The floor is great where it was cleaned. There’s a 2” edge on both sides of the rooms/hallways cleaned that are still dirty. Looks like a dirt racing stripe down the sides of the hallway.

WORKERS ARE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. NO UNDUE MESSES. SPOTS DON'T COME BACK. WE ONLY HAVE 2 ROOMS WITH CARPET, THE REST IS TILE, PERHABS A COMBINATION OF CARPET AND TILE

I like your ability to remove stains ---- but getting your staff to the site is problematic, at least in my most recent experience. My apartment is on a very busy street and to help fine a parking spot I went over to the building one and a half hours before scheduled time of arrival....(arrival time is a three hour window)
Let's say I spent about 5 hours of time trying to help. I think I will install hardwood and forget carpets.
But, my carpets look really GOOD.
