Eric was outstanding!
Zerorez does customer service the way it should be done all the times. My 1st appointment had to be cancelled and I was comped for that appointment. On rescheduled appointment t .the technician did not arrive between the 8-10 time frame. I called and my entire service was FREE. Torrance was great and did a marvelous job. My old carpet has new life!!
It was fast and effective! Wonderful Job! I have already bragged to several coworkers....it was everything advertised.......I also appreciated the fact that it was the advertised price....the last time I used a competitor, they added piecemeal costs and tripled the starting price.
I really liked Tarrance, so I almost didn’t write this. But I’m so disappointed. My carpets are not much cleaner. He mentioned I was supposed to vacuum and that it took a long time to do that... I didn’t know I was supposed to vacuum first or I would have. Maybe one the stains he told me were permanent came up pretty easy when I tried by hand. I might believe that the stains were difficult but he spent about 10-15 minutes in each room, so I don’t believe he tried that harsh I’m very disappointed and will not be scheduling another appointment.
The end product is excellent. The carpets are clean and not too damp.
Zerorez is amazing! Anthony was so knowledgeable & extremely good at what he does. He was determined to get out a stain that was nearly impossible to remove & he did! Our carpet looks brand new!! I’ve already recommended Zerorez to friends & coworkers.

Technician was terrific! My disappointment lies with the dispatcher or office staff. I was scheduled for 8:00 to 10:00 service. At 10:05 I called and texted and finally got a text back saying technician was no show, but NO ONE BOTHERED to NOTIFY ME. New wonderful technician shows up at 11:30 and did a great job. It was very inconvenient for me to waste 3-1/2 hours waiting since it was a tough job that took a long time.
Paul the technician said I would receive an email with my receipt and I have not, as yet. I have sent two requests to please send me a receipt for the $155 (or there about) and have not received any communication for Zerorez.
Also, when it came time to pay, I mentioned that I'd received an email about 3 rooms cleaned for $99. Nope, I didn't have 3 rooms to clean, only 2. BUMMER!
And another one which I forgot to mention, I had heard on KRLD that if I told Zerorez that Mike Rogers was advertising for you for $99 as well, I'd get that. Since I forgot to tell Paul, that's on me but had I even remembered, I'm sure there would have been a reason to still charge me full price. You should tell your customers of your specials.
How can you make it right? Send me a receipt and even give me a refund of $56 so I would get the advertised and offered $99.00 deal. Thank you. Next time I'll try Dal Worth Clean.

My carpet and tile look brand new following the Zerorez cleaning service. The technicians are prompt and courteous, and do a thorough job of cleaning - it's not a rush job just to get in and out. A walkthrough is conducted after the cleaning has been completed to ensure total satisfaction.
The tech that service the home lost the key and that became an inconvenience, since we had over service that day we had to go back to the home and drop off another key.

I am so happy we used Zerorez. From the initial request, to scheduling, to the technician, everything exceeded expectations. And we were expecting that based on footages that we would get charged extra but they didn’t. Carpets look fresh, smell fresh, and we will definitely use them again.

Don't provide such a low-ball estimate by phone. The final estimate on-site can be twice as much or more!
The did not do a great job cleaning my carpet.
My carpet could have been a little cleaner. I do understand the high traffic areas are harder to clean but, it seemed it could have taken more of the dirt out then it did. It seemed like he rushed a little. He did three rooms in less than an hour. I don’t know if that’s common or not.
