Luke completed our entire house in under 2 hours. I was skeptical - but once it was dry, there were no lingering stains or pet odors. Great value considering it takes me an entire weekend to knock out that much area! Carpets look and feel great. And the tile & grout have never looked better either!

I really like the "no chemical" treatment offered by Zerorez. I have used Dalworth and Blackman Mooring in the past and Zerorez service is much better. Prices are better, too!

The technician did not show up on the scheduled date,nor did I receive a call from him that day.I finally placed a call to the office at 3:30. I was told that I was scheduled for a 3:30 to 5:30. I told them no one called me to confirm and I was very upset after waiting all day.I had to reschedule another time on a different day. This happened on a Saturday so I was inconvenienced all weekend caused the next available appointment wasn't till Tuesday. This time the technician came and he arrived on time and called before.

My carpet has noticeable ‘bubbles’ in it where there weren’t before. VERY noticeable. And, right before listing my house to sell. Now I’ll have to offer a carpet allowance. I’d be happy to send a picture 🙁.

Our experience with Zerorez a couple of years ago was very positive. That crew went above and beyond. This time, several dirt spots in the carpets are still there and after the tile cleaning, and pointing out some areas NOT clean (and even after getting some additional efforts there from Zerorez), my wife ended up on hands and knees hand scrubbing for a couple of hours really getting that tile clean.

Thanks anyway but I believe we’ll seek alternative services.

The guy was very nice, considerate and explained all my options. He was on time and very efficient. I appreciate that the product is all natural and pet friendly. Very impressed with my experience.

Received a call from the scheduler to set up my appointment which she worked with my schedule. I did not have to be at the location. The cleaner called me, Caesar I believe was his name, and explained everything. Cleaned the carpets, and when I went to see the place it looked and smelled great afterwards!

The room that was worked on in the new house with the animal pee smell still smells terrible. The amount estimated at first was about $75 less than what the actual total was. This was not explained on the phone. Then the special included a gift card which we did not receive. We were also supposed to have a discount from a promo code which was not included either.
