I just wanted to let y'all know a bottle of cleaner was left.
Carpet in one bedroom was much wetter when tech left that the other 2 bedrooms. Would have liked it to be a little drier. Also the tile that was cleaned was really wet and I had to ask tech to please dry it.
The Technician was great, but as with most carpeted rooms there are traffic patterns. I was hoping that more of the traffic pattern would come up.

No chemicals and the technician LC was so professional. We have never had someone come clean our carpet as good as LC. We will never use another company.

Eric showed up on time, was very professional, he did an excellent job of cleaning our floors.
The work that was done by the technician was complete and the product to remove odors and stains worked very effectively. I am always pleased with your work and ability to perform top quality cleaning.
The only difficulty I had was the initial call. The person who answered was more interested in offering me promotions or packages before I was given the chance to describe what services I needed.
This has been an issue each time I have called you for service. Please offer the promotions or packages that are available and appropriate for my particular request. I have the square feet, the number of rooms and the condition of the carpet or floors I want cleaned.
I only want to buy the services to accomplish the area, type of floor, the number of rooms and the square footage that fits my need. I am nor looking for promotions or packages.

Technician was professional, seemed to really know his business.

Better advertising
I saw a Tv spot on channel 8 which featured the special pet treatment
Then they verbalized a “special” for the first 30 people to call for a $99 special
HOWEVER when you call, the special is NOT for the pet treatment that was featured when they advertised the special
no soap residue
no recurring stains after you leave
your technicians are professional, and proud of the job they do

It always turns out beautiful!
The tech was good in his job, showed me the technology and the dirt. The ONLYthing I was not TOTALLY satisfied with was still ingenious to pick up some particles in ny carpet afterwards in my game room, and the bedroom carpet is not as fluffy as advertised.
We paid extra for the pet smell eliminator and we noticed that when the carpet dried it had a very strong pee smell that wasn’t as prevalent before we had the service. We’ve noticed that as the weather has warmed up the smell has gotten worse. I’m just upset that I paid extra for something that did the opposite of what was intended.
Service technician was very nice and friendly seem to do a good job.
I still have stains everywhere

The techs did a good job cleaning the carpet but I thought it was odd that they showed up in an unmarked, white van and I don’t believe they wore anything identifying themselves as ZeroRez employees. No decal on the van or anything identifying your company?
