The service was great
CAN'T TELL THAT TILE WAS CLEAN !!

Great product and very impressive people - Darwin was fantastic! Very professional, efficient and detailed.
The tech was pleasant until he realized I had a 89 dollar deal then he had an attitude. He was actually very rude when I brought out my email and snapped at me saying “I understand I don’t need that I’m trying to work it out” in a very snide sharp tone. He poured so much water when doing the tile it went everywhere. Some of my kids stuffed animals got soaked and I had this box with a red packaging on the floor and that bled into the grout right by the fridge which wasn’t an area that got cleaned so the grout there is slightly dyed. He also left a soaking wet rag right by my kids play kitchen which was discovered by my 1 year old who was trying to suck on it. The cleaning was good but the service person was terrible. My mom just had service done and loved her tech so I tried it. I didn’t have the same experience as her. And then he lied to the office and said he started with the tile because none of the rooms were ready for him. The front room was completely ready he just wanted to work from the back forward. Well I had both the other two rooms ready before he even started scrubbing the floor he had just pooped stuff on it and he could have started with the room that was ready because I was done in less than 10 minutes with all rooms. He also left the edge of the rug so soaked from the floors that is wasn’t even dry 24 hours later.

i like the way you'll clean my carpet it's not soaking wet when you'll leave and the last rep who cleaned my carpet was very good and pleasant to work with he was very professional and he took the time needed to clean my carpets thoroughly i'm well pleased with the service, also he was a good sales person because I wasn't intending to spend as much as i did but because he was pleasant and was giving me such good customer service I went ahead and let him do more.
From the beginning when the gentleman came out to give an estimate he explained how everything worked.
When the guys came out to clean they were very professional.

We had our carpet in the sanctuary cleaned for the first time in many many years. It was an excellent job. Our members thought we had replaced the carpet, we proudly stated it was just cleaned, everyone was very pleased.
I've head advertisements on the radio and decided to try them out. The technician arrived slightly ahead of schedule, which was great for me. He asked me to identify any problem spots and he immediately started the job. Normally I rent a machine from a local store but decided to make an investment as my flooring was less than two years old I I wanted to keep that new look. This was my first time using a a commercial company and I'm glad I did. They carpet looks like it did the day I had them installed. The technician removed an ink spot from the carpet and a recliner. I highly recommend ZeroRez. I'll be seeing them for my next cleaning.
