The young man, Charles, did an excellent job, he was very knowledgeable!

This young man needs to be commended for his professionalism, and overall knowledge of carpet cleaning.

I was very impressed with him and will not only recommend him, but ask for his services again at another property I have.

I like that your products are chemical free. Safe for kids and pets. The stains do not come back. I also got 100 sq. ft. of our tile cleaned for free, of course, i need the rest done now and it is so expensive.

I would definitely recommend for anyone who owns a home or a business to use zerorez! We have used other carpet cleaners before and no one has cleaned our carpet as well as zerorez. They get all kinds of stains out and it is important for us because we have construction workers coming in and out of our building. They really do a great job!

The quality of service and no harsh chemicals. Plus, it dries much faster than any other carpet service we have used in the past.

I like the fact that it got the carpet clean without chemical. And it definitely looks brighter. However there was one spot that did not get cleaned and I'm very disappointed about that because it's in the main living area

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician needs to be more engaged in his job and not spend so much time on his phone. Ear buds in his ears, talking personal business and distracted on his tasks.

I reviewed the invoice with the technician had not sprayed the protectant on the areas that had been treated. He did come back in to perform the service, but I don’t feel it was a thorough job.

For the amount of money I was charged for this service, I will think twice before using Zerorez again.

The whole experience with Zerorez was smooth and pleasant, from booking the appointment and the helpful updates as just when the tech would arrive, to the thorough explanation of services, fees and options, to the beautiful look of a very old carpet at the end. Your technician was polite, very helpful, and able to explain details and answer my questions in an intelligent, fluent manner. And of course your product is incredible, my old dingy carpet is now so truly clean and fresh. I’m very happy you’re in business and I thank you for a wonderful experience.
