Very expensive with all the add-ons. Will have to call to come back; still have spots in my carpet.

My original cleaning was awesome. I am not sure what the technicians did differently, but it shows. The two areas look like night and day.
I had never used you before my first cleaning which is why I rebooked. My first technician came in, did what was needed, was very thorough and I was so pleased. I requested him again. I didn’t get him. Wasn’t told he wasn’t coming and the other tech was more interested in upselling me on a few different “solutions” to assist with areas of my carpet that he identified as needing a deeper cleaning. One gallon of the solution was $50.00 and it wouldn’t clean very much.
Lesson learned; I won’t rebook or recommend you now.

The technician was great and I applaud his hard work ... but I wasn’t totally pleased with how the cleaning method did not clean 3 spots very well, and I couldn’t notice until a day later when the carpet had dried.
Our service provider was excellent, but new spots emerged where they were not visible before. Now aware not to expect too much.
The technician was professional, courteous, and prompt. I could tell he cares about his job and the quality of work he does. My carpets look even better than I thought they could again!
