Great Technician. Was very nice and helpful

When I first called in to schedule the appointment, the receiver was very cold. I mentioned to her that Zerorez was referred to me by a friend and spoke very highly with your services. Crickets on the other end, never went into detail about your services. I received a text message on Wednesday, 4/17, click on the link to confirm, which I did. And in the message it stated that the technician would arrive between 8am - 10am. On Saturday, 4/20 @ 7:48am received text tech would arrive in about 55 minutes. At 9:03am tech had yet to arrive, so I called the young lady stated that the driver was sick and had to pull over and would be sending another tech. I called again around 10am to confirm and the young man stated that the tech was delayed at another house and more than likely would not arrive until between 11 and 11:30am. By this time I was furious, because have of my day had been wasted on playing this waiting game. I told him if they were not at my home by 11am I would be leaving. Luckily the tech did arrive on time. I asked him what had happened and he stated this this was not his area, but since 3 people called out he was sent. I know it was this techs fault, but he did do a great job, but your communication needs to improve.
