Professional staff and friendly
The technician was great! However, my house smelled musty 5 hours after the cleaning and the next day. Lighting candles and spraying are deodorizer could not cover up the smell. The high traffic areas cleaned up some but not very well. The technician said that was due to the quality of the carpet. My carpet is 2 years old, was higher-end carpet, and there are only 2 people living in the house. I have used Zerorez in two houses over 20 years, that had much older carpet, and had better results with no musty smell afterwards.

Dalton was our technician and he did an excellent job. He is a fine representative of your company. He was so help and accommmodating and got 3 stains out that I had tried everything on. He did a great job! I highly commend him to you.
I didn’t get a phone call before the person showed up. He was very nice though. I also don’t know when carpet cleaning companies stopped moving furniture under my couch and chair didn’t get cleaned. These are very easy moveable items specially if you put the little sliders under the legs. The areas that were cleaned did look great when it was done.

The cleaning rep was timely, professional, and friendly. The products he used to clean the carpet and remove stains worked beautifully. My carpet looks brand new and it’s really 18 years old!! Great job! I would highly recommend and will certainly use Zerorez again.

The appointment was kept on time and the person doing the cleaning was knowledgeable and responsible. He did a fantastic job. He suggested spraying the carpet with scotch guard which was a good idea because of my pet.

I was surprised that the carpet still looked the same from before it was cleaned. The guy was nice but not experienced. I have had great experiences with other companies.
Be a little more accurate on the estimate. My price was an additional $200 from the estimate

I had service at 2 different homes by 2 different technicians on 2 separate service days. Torrance did a great job on an empty home that I am selling. The 3 bedrooms were very dirty with heavy traffic patterns and obvious pet stains. The carpets look almost new. Awesome results. Jonathan cleaned the carpet in my home with fantastic results as well. My carpets were not as obviously dirty as one might expect so seeing the difference was more of a challenge. Jonathan took his time in asking me about the carpets before he started the cleaning, had me take a look at the first section of carpet to make sure it was meeting my expectations and informed me of how to take care of the carpet while it dried. I am so please with this first experience with Zerorez and will definitely use this company again.
