When I had called to schedule my appointment I was quoted the $99 special, upon arrival the texh said that it would be an. $60 to treat the rooms for pet stains, which actually only one of the rooms had them. I understand the extra cost involved with treating pet stains, but for it to have been doubled the price I feel was ridiculous and overpriced. Definitely felt misled
I had a very difficult time scheduling the tech to come and touch up a spot that reappeared.

The main reason I called is because I had a pet urinate on my carpet 1 time

But zerorez product does not work
Now I’ll have to pay another cleaning company to come out and do the job I already paid for
My padding under the carpet is sealed so liquids do not soak in so it’s in the carpet
The 2 men that came to clean my carpet were very respectful of my property, very personable, and left no sign that they were here.

The duct cleaning work was satisfactory.
The hard sell on an air purification system whose offer expired in a matter of hours was unprofessional. The lack of materials about the proposed system was suspect as well.
The tech who came did an excellent job, very respectful, & precise. He showed me before & after pictures at the end of his service. I’ll be a returning customer. I’m very happy wi/ the end results. Thank you Zerorez!

On time, friendly technicians and did a thorough job both times I've used them.
I like that they don't use any harsh chemicals to clean and soak the carpet.
The man that cleaned for us was very nice. The office staff that answered phones was always nice. In one small bedroom the carpet is still slightly damp at 9:00 p.m. tonight.
I do believe the guy tried to get out as many stains as possible and it’s always possible that it’s just the condition of my carpet. Several, at least three, of the stains that he wasn’t able to remove were understandable and I wasn’t surprised. But today after most of the carpet has dried I’ve noticed more stains that didn’t get removed and it’s still very obvious where the path of traffic is through the living room and the area between the sofa and the coffee table is very obviously a different color from the remaining carpet in the same room.
We spent over $300.00 plus a tip. This was our second time to use Zerorez. The first time was very impressive. I’m just not wowed this time; maybe it’s because the carpet is older. But our carpet is in pretty good shape for it’s age. I know that cleaning carpet doesn’t suddenly make it new again.

Very effective cleaning for reasonable price!
Cesar was friendly, courteous, and respectful of my property. Put on booties and used corner guards for my walls. Gave me booties to use while carpets dried. Solutions were fragrant and fresh smelling, but did not linger after use. Carpet dried very quickly.
