Not happy with the results. Will not use you again.
We have had at least three different people over the last few years. Most are very good, explain the process, and communicate well.
The person this time, who came one other time and only started that time, does NOT want to do the power raking before cleaning. He wasn't happy when we called him on it. He needs more training. The last time he said he had back problems and couldn't run the machine. So, he called and got another tech to come finish. The second tech is the one who is so GREAT.
We had you twice in Sept. 2018. The young man that came the first time to clean the dining room, breakfast area, and den was great. I wish I had his name and could request him.

Gets carpets cleaner without soap and excessive water. Quicker drying.
We paid extra to have pet stains removed and they came back the next week because the stains were no better. After the re-treat the stains are worse than they were before the original treatment.
Your technician was on time, efficient, clean and courteous. Your system was great. I have chemical allergies and didn't have a problem after the process was complete since you do not use chemicals. My carpets and tile look fantastic
Excellent program and value. Kyle did Great with our carpets, they really look nice after his cleaning them! Highly recommended. Since we found Zerorez it is the Only carpet cleaning company we use - and they are much better than striving to clean the carpets myself!

The techs are very friendly and helpful and carpets are not soaked and soggy afterwards.

The extra scrubber other than vacuum can be done at the same cost or in other words included in the package.

I like Darius, his professionalism and explaning the process along the way. He got that one stain that I didn't believe he would get up but he did. I give you guys 10+. we were really pleased with the service, although we did find it strange for the vehicle to be running the whole time he was here. Tech said per their instructions they never turned them off. no wonder there is an environmental charge when you come out, not for the trip but for the hours the truck is running.

Your technician, Chavis M. did a FANTASTIC job! His politeness, attention to detail and his attitude were definitely in the outstanding category! We never thought the carpet, and especially the extra soiled areas, would come out THAT clean! We are amazed at the results and would highly recommend Chavis and Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

The technicians were very courteous and did a great job on our carpets. We had some areas that were very dirty and they said they may not turn out that good - they were able to extract a lot of dirt and they look so much better and they smell very fresh too. I have used Zerorez prior to this date and will use them again. I used another company in between my Zerorez cleanings and was not at all happy - I will not make that mistake again.
