Only water
I had some spots that didn’t come out, and I should have checked more closely before he left. The big spots (that I wasn’t expecting to come out) look awesome. Some of the smaller ones (that I didn’t specifically point out) are still there. He was very kind and efficient.

Felt misled on the pricing over the phone. Then felt backed into a corner to purchase additional services for more than $200 that I was originally quoted.
The carpets look great but found spots where furniture hadn’t been moved to clean and was told anything less than 50 pounds would be moved.
