The person that came to do the cleaning was nice and very professional. The issue is the carpets were not clean and the rooms still smell. We do have dogs which was mentioned when I made the appointment, and was assured that the cleaning would get the hair out of the carpets. There weren’t any stains. Just hair and smell from the dogs being in the rooms. After the carpets were dry, we went to inspect them and the rooms still smelled very strong of dog. I wiped across the carpet near the wall and was able easily brush up a bundle of dog hair. I believe I should either be issued a refund due to the poor job your process does. I will be contacting you this week.

They are respetcful not only of the homeowner, but of the homeowners belongings, making recommendations that will enhance the durability and life of the carpet after cleaning it.
