What could we do to improve?

Area rugs extremely expensive to steam. Came early; was not able to call them off bc I was at work. Lucky my husband was home but we had to leave the guy unattended:(

What do you like about our products and services?

Our carpets are clean and fresh without the use of chemicals except for the portion that had severe pet stains which was well soaked before steam cleaning and then had the area encapsulated to seal in the stink and to prevent future accidents.

I like that you don’t use chemicals. Your service representative, Chavis, was very thorough and helpful. The job was done professionally and quickly! Stains and odors gone! If I had known they would have come out like this, I would have done it much sooner.
