Zerorez did a great job with my carpets. Arrived when they said they would and the tech was delightful.

The technician was nice and professional, but the cleaning was not what I expected, especially for the cost. We still have spots on our tile that if I take my finger nail and scratch it will come up, so why was zerorez not able to get the spots up? For the cost I expected a much deeper cleaning!!!
We also got our upholstered couch cleaned. It to still has stains on it. 😳 Never again!! $800 down the drain!!

My eyes are burning today and it smells after we had our carpet cleaned. We have used ZEROREZ for years and have been very satisfied until now. Yes, the old dog stains returned as we were told by the technician the last time. With that in mind we had the treatment for the stains applied again this time. The 30 minute treatment yesterday for cleaning the three rooms removed the reoccurring stains but added a terrible smell. The last technician spent more time and I called to let you know immediately after he left how thrilled I was with. This time not so much.
Our new dog has not never soiled the carpet so the stains were old. I regret calling ZEROREZ and will think long and hard about calling ZEROREZ before I need the carpet cleaned. Thank you for allowing me to express my dissatisfaction.

When the rep came to clean our carpets and rugs, we had one in our front hall. This rug (as with all of the others) was 5-6 years old, and being it was in the entry way hall, it had very little use. We told him our home was a model home and when they built the wall to seal the garage, the workers didn’t move the rug, therefore it had Sheetrock dust in it. He assured us it could be cleaned with a 90% certainty. That was mid December. We finally got it back mid February (after I had made several calls) only to have it look EXACTLY like it did when you picked it up! I called again and you picked it up. Mid April (again after several calls and your guy not showing up) it was delivered. This time you could see it was cleaner but still filled with dust. As soon as he put it down on my hardwood floor, there was a perfect square of dust! For the time it was gone (4 full months), and the cost, it would have been better if you were just honest and said it couldn’t be saved! The only thing that would make this right is a refund.

timely, courteous , friendly service. Carpet looks great. hoping it will continue to do so. Would have liked to have had a clearer explanation of what needed to be moved before the service. I was led to believe that small furniture like a chair or small table would be moved. I removed all lamps and objects from said tables which did not need to be done since nothing was moved.

Our carpets now look great and the technician was extremely polite & efficient.

Carpets always come out so clean! This time my cloth recliners were cleaned and they look close to new. Just wish the couple of small stains had been spot cleaned a little better.

I have requested via email (twice!!) before and after pictures of my air ducts. This was promised in the all the adds (radio/tv) and I ahve not seen them. Please respond.

Hi. I had Zerorez come out last Wednesday 4/10 for a significant cleaning. Justin was the tech. Justin worked for almost 6 hours to treat and work the areas stained by my cats. He worked hard and diligently. I was super impressed by his dedication. The pet treatment solution was quite expensive, and he cut a deal of some sort- I’m sure techs are given leeway to do so. Regardless, he saturated 3 sections of hallway, and sucked everything up for a long while. When he left everything was still very wet, but having had y’all out several times before I knew dampness was expected. But I think with that large amount of water and treatment he applied we may have a permanent problem. The wetness has generally left, but in its wake is stiff carpet and a strong odor. Not exactly pet urine; more like pet odor mixed with a strong product smell. It’s generally awful. So yep. I dragged out my cheap home steam cleaner for four hours yesterday and two today, trying to dilute the product Justin applied and remove some of the odor. I’m sure I’ll be back at it tomorrow and pretty much every day until I’m either used to it or it dissipates. Regardless, I consider the whole project a bust and I will NEVER recommend or use the pet treatment again. And there’s a pretty good chance I won’t call Zerorez again. $900+ later and it’s as bad as it was- if not worse- odor wise. I’m bummed. I’ve always had good results before. The pet treatment product is not pleasant and mixed with pet urine is almost unbearable. So now what? Nothing. I’m cleaning carpet and my whole family hates the smell.
And how cool. I’m getting Rangers tickets! Yay! Although I’ve qualified for other giveaways with ‘Z’ before, never received them. So I was pleased to get tickets. But wait- for Friday? Y’all just randomly mail out two tickets to a game in 3 days? Uh... how about more notice, or actually let the customer select dates from a set choice? I can’t use them for Friday and I’m sure I can’t mail them back and get them to you by Friday. What a waste.
So yeah, great effort by Justin, but thumbs down on the pet treatment product, the disappointing Rangers tickets and the whole deal. $900. That is a lot of money.

The technician was very professional and helped me resolve my issues. He even helped me move my furniture and gave me tips on getting in in better condition in the future.

I guess based on what you see what your carpet looks like vs reality is two different things so I understand that one is a commercial... I just wish one of the room look a lot better.

I have used Zerorez in the past and was always pleased with how my carpet looked afterward. This time I was disappointed that the stains still appeared evident afterward but it was explained to me that the carpet is very old and worn. I do understand this and will still continue to recommend Zerorez as I have done in the past. Thank you.
