The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped me determine what kind of cleaning plan I really needed and what I didn't really need. They were there on time and got the job done pretty quickly.

My wife and I are very pleased with the 3 rooms cleaned by Zerorez.
Everything was done perfectly and the equipment operator was
very professional. We will use Zerorez again very soon for additional rooms.

carpets still had major washable marker and pain stains from the kids. The carpet does not look like it was professionally cleaned in anyway considering we paid close to $300. Understandable that not all stains come out but even a wet wash cloth I got more stains out. I've used oxyclean carpet cleaning for sometime, heard on the radio a lot about zerorez but was disappointed! Looking to establish reoccurring service

Got carpet cleaning and tile cleaning.. very professional, prompt customer service, clear communication, reminders.. during cleaning appointment, listened to the concerns, explained what exactly will be done.. did a really good job, worked hard, no shortcuts.. kitchen tile floor, and carpet looks like new.. would definitely recommend..

He did a good job cleaning. The up front price information when making the appointment is not very clear. So the price ends up being 2 to 3 times as much money as you think it will be.

With three dogs in the house, our home is very much lived in. Trevor worked really hard to lift the numerous spots and stains. He succeeded! Our carpet looks brand new. We are so grateful to Zerorez and, of course, Trevor.

I feel like I was reap off. I had a service that was totally bad done. To the point I have to call a second time to make they do it again and they try to charge other over $1000 for pets treatment. Beside the first $1000 from the first appointment. Totally reap off. I totally disappointed with your service. And I will never use it again and I will never recomen it to anyone. So that is why I am disappointed

I like that it doesn’t flood the carpet with just water and soap that will then collect more dirt later. I like that it’s environmentally friendly

Carpet edges near baseboards were not cleaned well. Some stains not removed, especially some "rust" stains. As for "making it right" , we have moved out of the house. A partial refund would help reduce my frustration, but there is nothing that can be done on the carpets at this point.

I can’t remember the name of the guy who cleaned my carpets, but he got out stains I did not think would ever come out! Incredibly friendly as well!! Thank you for making my carpets look brand new!
