Actually, I want to lower my score, but it's locked--that's convenient--so a 3 is a generous score in my book.
First, our Tech was the best! He did the absolute best he could with the condition of our carpet. Now, I called you guys based on the commercials I hear on KLTY--you know, the three rooms for $89 (sometimes $99), and 100 square feet of tile cleaned too! That's a great line! Not sure how you guys are estimating the square footage of three rooms, but I can guarantee you the hallway, the stairs and my master bedroom don't equal the two-thirds of the square footage of three bedrooms (including the premium for cleaning stairs)--that's why I'd like to know how you're measuring the bedrooms. My budget for this project was the $89 plus tax. I wound up paying twice that much. For my family, that's two month's of budgeted repairs, not the one month I was expecting. Another way to look at it is I won't have the $90 to spend on repairs for June, so I'll have to put some of my repairs off until July. I had great hopes about this, and let me say we are very happy to have the top few layers of dirt and grime removed from the carpet. However, I guess you could say my expectations were dashed.
What you can do to make things right, is be TOTALLY upfront and HONEST about the cost of the cleaning services you offer, before the Tech arrives. Talk about the different treatments that are available and the cost BEFORE the Tech arrives. Instead of waiting until the day the Tech arrives to get the true cost, give it to me upfront so I can make a better decision--without the pressure of having to make an immediate decision.

Timely, friendly, quick and great job cleaning
The service tech (Paul?) was very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help (vs do the work quickly and get out). The spot clean worked great.

That it is pet friendly and organic my main concern is always pets first and if they would be harmed by any of the chemicals. And knowing that the chemicals are organic and drying time isn't too long I would definitely rave to my friends family about Zerorez.

Technician Ricardo did an excellent job! He was on time and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. My wife couldn’t believe how clean he was able to get it. Our carpet looks like it’s brand new!

We had some pretty bad stains in our office from our sick dog. I cleaned many times but the residue attracted more dirt. Zero Rez got the stains out & carpet feels good on your bare feet. Not gross. Other methods leave the soap in the carpet. Not with Zero Rez. Will definitely use next time!

Technician is efficient and personable
Just that your product did not remove the pet odor after up charging from $289 to $475.
HELP MOVE FURNITURE--
Result are great and consistent each time. I also like Prompt service, excellent communication, helpful and polite customers service staff and really great technician who are knowledgable and explain the various services.
I asked for an estimate before making an appointment. The estimate was $850-ish, so I made the appointment. When the person got here he took pictures and recommended additional services. My bill at the end was almost $2,000!!!! I realize that the $850 was an estimate yet I feel as I got the "bait and switch" treatment. I'm not comfortable that the before and after pictures were actually those of my a/c units. I just have to trust that a good job was done. I cannot tell. He also didn't clean the vent covers. I thought that was included in the estimate.

I like the way my carpet is cleaned without using harsh chemicals. The service professionals are friendly, helpful, and always do a great job.
I had my carpets and tile cleaned. The carpet looks great, however I am not at all happy with how the tile looks. The last time I had it done, it was amazing. My grout was back to the original color. But not this time. You could not tell that the floor had been professionally cleaned. I took pictures if you are interested in seeing them. Again, my carpets came out great but I was very disappointed with how the tile floors came out, especially considering how much I paid for that service. I would really like someone to come back and re do the tile. Thank you, Name removed
