I can't believe how fantastic (dare I say "amaZing"?) your cleaning process is!!
I just wanted a quick little cleaning, mostly in my traffic areas. More than just a vacuuming, but not anything really serious. (It's old carpeting, and we had a couple of dogs until about a year ago, and I'm probably going to be selling the house by the end of the year... so I'm not going to replace it...)
Well I'm totally satisfied... no, I'm incredulous... at how great it looks!!!
Your ads say that you're good - but until I saw it for myself, I was just thinking "What the heck, for about a hundred bucks, I'll give it a try." Boy, was it worth it!!!
And then there's Eric! He is gregarious and professional... thorough and very personable!

My guy was awesome. Professional, took his time, and left the place 1000x better than what it was. If I could call back next time and request him personally, I would.
No chemicals used so no smell afterwards. Carpet is soft. Technician was friendly and professional. I will return when needed.
Boston was great!! He did a great job!! There is however a streak down the hallway that wasn't there before and it would be great if Boston could come back out and see what's going on. There are some other areas where the carpet was cleaned against the grain and it's not getting over itself. It's a strange color.
The office staff needs some work. Seriously!! You guys would do a lot better if the people that answered the phones cared more about the customers.

Hi. Wanted to follow up with Justin’s very hard work and dedication to the additional cleaning. Although he spent nearly 7 hours, the pet treatment solution odor and combination of pet urine/treatment product odor (together) is just too much and I’m having all areas he specially treated with that product replaced with new carpet on Thursday. So I consider the whole project unsuccessful.
You don’t need to call and follow up- there isn’t any thing else to discuss. I truly appreciate Justin’s time and effort; it just did not work.

The office called and set up a time and Chris arrived on time. Chris was friendly, courteous, walked the scope of work requested, I went over the work and had some questions - he answered the process and treatment for carpet, rugs, chair. He worked diligently yet took his time to do the job right. I would recommend Zerorez and use again - the finished work was such that my carpets (which are white) looked bright as new.
Isaiah was great. He was very professional and made sure I got quality work. He walkedw through what he did and even fixed and issue I had with pricing. Great work.

Clean water cleaning! No chemicals/soap
The man who cleaned my sectional was outstanding. This is the third time we’ve had zero Rez clean it and he was by far the best one. He worked hard for almost three hours, was very courteous and made sure I was happy multiple times. Very happy with this service.
