Great service nice job!
The results speak for themselves. My carpets are fresh, clean and soft. They don't have that sticky feeling I get when using other cleaning services. The level of service is 2nd to none from the moment I book the appointment to the moment I'm waiving goodbye to the technician. I will never consider anyone other than Zerorez to care for my floors.
There is a redo on certain areas tomorrow. Also tile was not cleaned. Overall poor job for the money.
Is affordable, the technician was really profesional. It arrived on time which I always appreciate. The carpets and the upholstery are like new.

The young man, Randy, that provided the service did a great job!!!! I have no complaints with him.
The problem for me was that I requested two people to show up bc I knew the rug was heavy. I didn’t get a call and no one arrived until shortly after the time frame I was given. I was told they would be here from 10 to 12. He arrived shortly after 12 but I had to call to find out when the service person would arrive. There was only one person and he has to wait for the 2nd service person to arrive and that took another 30 to 40 min. They didn’t even start on the rug until 1:00. The young man was super nice, but your scheduling leaves much to do desired. I have used Zerorez several time before but not sure about using you again.

The carpet looks great & feels soft! I also liked that he came in and zerorez truck with a zerorez shirt on.
We have used Zero Rez many times and have been happy with your services.
But, this time we were charged for "extra" large room.
In fact, we were already being charged extra for that room since we had you clean 4 rooms instead of 3. The charge was $45.00 for the extra room.
Why did your tech think it necessary to charge an additional $15.00 ??? I realize it isn't allot of money but it's the principal. Again, we haven't been charged for extra large room before.
Maybe because it is NOT an over size room. It is the game room upstairs.
I would like Zero Rez to give us a credit for $15.00 to be used on the next time we use you.
If not....we won't be using your company anymore.

Boston is awesome and I'm very confident the only person at your company that cares about doing a good job and following through. Otherwise I have been extremely disappointed in the management and customer service.
My carpet has permanent stains from the air duct cleaning guys that Boston can't get out.
The air duct guys told me that management would call me about the damage but they haven't. Boston told me that management would call me about the damage but they haven't.
This has to be the worst experience I've ever had getting my carpets cleaned.
I will not be recommending your company to anyone but I will be telling everyone how horrible it was to work with your company.

They show up when they say, they do a great job on the carpets. the people are always polite and respectful. the cost is more then reasonable. I am a property manager for 30 or so properties, I will not use anyone else but Zerorez.
The service man was very nice and I like the fact that it’s not abrasive chemicals used. Done in a timely manner. My 17 year old carpet looks new again! Amazing.
Not clean 1/2 the grout in one area as a “free” service...now my dining area looks ridiculously dirty and the clean/unclean grout sticks out like a sore thumb.
