The young man who did our work was quite charming and did a good job. While our carpet is old, and not all of the stains could be removed, we did not expect miracles and got more than we expected! Our carpet, while not perfect, is 100% better than it was. It smells clean and looks better than it has in years.
We were also surprised by how nice the free 100 sq feet of tile cleaning came out! Wow. We will have Zerorez back again to do our tile in the next month or so.
It was a good job and worth the money we spent.
No chemicals are used and the tech, Jamal was very professional.

Jamaill our tech was great but I guess with all the hype in advertising I was expecting some difference and the traffic stains and dirt to be cleaned but ... carpets did not look much different than before we cleaned them .
