Arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and everything looks great. Also, not a lot of

I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very happy but this last time was horrible. Who ever the technician was he missed numerous spots and and left my wood floors downstairs covered with white foot steps. So my carpet is not clean and I had to clean wood floors afterward.

Great customer service and quality
I had 4 areas rugs cleaned, 3 of them printed were ok, the concern one was an 8 by 8 round one, once it dried completely you could see dirt stains around edges, of course the center was ok because coffee table sits over. Not please. Recleaning would be appreciate. This rug was not placed back on floor until a few days ago which was notice then. I plan to call you on this matter but show this survey. Hopefully we can solve this matter. Thanks Name removed

The only complaint I have is some of the dirty spots come back the next day after carpet cleaning.
Our technician we’re on time and called before arriving. They were professional and explained the process then helped me move the remaining furniture. After they were finished they made sure that I was happy with the result.
