My email said coming between 3:30-5:30 on 5-14. At 5:45 I called Zerorez to see if coming. The representative advised my scheduled time was 4-6p. She checked and should be at my house in 30-40 minutes. He arrived at 6:20p.
He cleaned my carpet . He finished at 7:55p. He was also to clean my tile but something broke and could not clean tile. He said was scheduling me for 5-15 between 1-3p. I was called on 5-15 and and advised will be coming out on 5-16 between 3:30-5:30.
It just was not a good carpet cleaning.
The technician that was out was very professional and did an outstanding job of providing service while explaining our needs and doing the work very efficiently. I am extremely pleased with him and the way he made me feel as a customer. The thing that I was disappointed in was the cost vs what I got. The best way to describe it is my floors were not as dirty as I thought. The result was a clean floors and tile and couch but the price tag was high. If the cost of tile was cheaper per square foot I would be more likely to refer friends. Carpet price is good value. Couch cleaning was a little high. If friends need carpets cleaned I will recommend you. If they need tile or furniture I would recommend they do it themselves.

The way the carpet feels after it has been cleaned
Our $99.00, 3 room carpet job ended up costing us over $300.00. It was Mother's Day weekend and we were expecting guests. Had we had time to cancel and go with another company we certainly would of sent him on his merry way. The job would of cost even more, but I canceled cleaning of my back office.
I came in with this black light that revealed additional stains unseen by the naked eye. We have a mini-Yorkie who is well behaved. At the end of the day, we realized we paid for spots left by the previous homeowners!
The carpet looked cleaned but did not smell deodorized or have a fresh scent! I will use Dalworth again next time.
I saw the segment on GMT and said I would give Zeroez a try. I did and am not satisfied at all! Lesson learned...
So with the carpet cleaning going over budget and food to purchase for the family cookout... all I received for my Mothers Day present was a carpet cleaning bill!
