The only thing concerning me was the amt of pet chemical used. The area needing treatment was only about 100 sf...but he said it’d take two gallons. There was so much left over he treated all the carpet (about another 1200 sf) and still had at least a half gal left...which I asked him to leave me since I paid for it. I honestly think one gal would’ve been overkill but looks like I paid for two. And it was pricey. Like I said....this is the only think that caused me concern...and it would’ve been awkward for me to challenge him!
The pet stained area looks worse.
The guy that came out here was extremely nice and helpful and he did a fantastic job! I would not hesitate to recommend y'all to anybody then ask for carpet cleaning!
The technician, Ricardo, was polite, very professional, and helpful. He didn't rush with the cleaning and was informative on the product used to clean stains from our elderly pet. The carpets look and feel great.

Zerorez does a wonderful job each time that they come out to clean our carpets. The tech was very professional and very helpful in suggesting additional products that would help to remove some stains on our carpet. The carpet looks brand new! I didn't think that was possible. My appointment window was not kept and I was not called by anyone. I had to call the main office at the end of my appointment window to find out what was going on and a new window was given and then that was not met either. Eventually a time was given to arrive and they were late for that as well. I sat around from 10am to 2:30pm waiting for service. Once they got here the tech was very pleasant and worked quickly but there were areas that did not come clean and still look dirty. Overall, the experience was not good and I only gave a 5 because the tech who did the work was pleasant. Otherwise, I would have given a zero.
I hate giving poor reviews but this was not a good experience.
