The technician was great. I’ll give him a 10. I was disappointed that the process wasn’t as effective in removing spots and stains as I had expected. Did well in getting dirt out, but not so much on tougher stains
The technician- very friendly, on time, and even wore shoe protectors. Wonderful! Now to the task at hand. The first room had a stain. I told the technician that if the stain wouldn't come out, don't bother doing the room, I was going to replace the carpet. Stain did not come out, he did the entire room anyway. Master Bathroom tile was to be cleaned. There is actually dust on the floor in corners and even about 8 inches from the walls in places where he didn't even come close. Laundry room tile had a blue mystery stain, after his "treatment" the stain was now brown and about twice as large. The rest of the room didn't even look like it was cleaned. I bought a cleaner from home depot and removed the stain in less than 10 minutes with a little elbow grease. I have two white display chairs that a toddler decided to draw on with a marker. The technician was able to get the marks out- great! But as far as cleaning the rest of the chair, it still needs attention.
Again, the technician was knowledgable, friendly, and quick. I am not satisfied with the zerorez product. I would appreciate a refund or a credit towards a future attempt at gaining a satisfied customer.
I was told over the phone at time of reservation that the cost of applying protecter to 3 areas of carpet is $60 but at the time of sevice i was told it is $90
Also the stairs shows lines after being cleaned and dryed.
Very disappointed
The carpets look extremely clean. And I cannot smell any residue of pets which I think is amazing. So I’m very happy with it. Just wish it didn’t cost so much!

The technician was a nice guy, he worked hard and did a great job on my really soiled carpet. I was really impressed with the results of the tile cleaning, the 25 year old grout looked brand new, seriously!
Torrence was like magic. The carpets were dirty from pets and children and they are like new now! He was wonderful to have in our home. Such a nice, efficient guy. Will definitely recommend!

Actually get the stains out of my carpet when you charge me $75 (pet spot) and another $200 (for random stains in a room) for the special stain remover - if it doesn’t work- I shouldn’t have to pay.....:(

Employees were nice. Carpet cleaning was good and worth the price, but the tile cleaning was way over priced.
Reliability
I was disappointed in the entry way ceramic tile cleaning, it was left with standing puddles of water. The tiles weren't clean and were very dull due to a residue that was left on it. I understand that it was "free" because of a special but I expected at least clean tile.
