I heard the KLTY radio station promotion and decided to receive the service at my house. I request the Frank and Sterling special 3 bedrooms carpet cleaning and 100 feet of tile cleaning free. The tech did not cleaned the tile. He cleaned an area stating that was it. When my husband came home he said that is not completed. I called customer service and said the above details. They apologize and agree with me by making another appointment for the tile cleaning. When the same tech came to the 2nd appointment he said he was going to charge me. I told him he didn’t finished and he said he needed to charge me. I reminded him the promotion and he left without completing what 2 different customer service representatives agree with me.

The tech that came out was extraordinarily informative and helpful. He made sure we got the service that was right for us by giving us all of the available options, reasons, and costs.

It doesn’t leave residue on my carpet. Carpet was well cleaned. It is green cleaning.

Zerorez employees are very polite and explains all services prior to starting. The process us very quick and drys fast.

The Tech came out to clean 1 couch that has a pet stain on the back cushion. After drying, the cushion still smelled so I called to see if the Tech can come back out and treat it again. The person I spoke with said that it will be another $60 to treat it again but a Tech can only come out for $100+ service. So to have the Tech come again, I have to spend $109 for another treatment (that is really $60) when I'm not sure the 1st treatment was anything but a "once over", My daughter was home at the time of service and said he didn't even move the couch away from the wall. Shame on me for not being here to supervise

The quote you gave me to clean my kitchen tile and grout and my concrete floor garage room was more than you quoted. We are getting our carpets done by your company on June 3rd, 2019 and you did give me a bit of a break off of the price quoted for that. I was pleased with the quality of work and customer service.
