Didn’t get dirty spots out

Excellent communication of appt. time/arrival & confirmation of appointment. Technician was very thorough and communicated what he was going to do and also ask for my opinion of the work done before he left in case there was an area he wanted me to go over again. Technician took a full hour to do three rooms and hundred square feet of tile. I thought that was more than enough time spent and a great job was done by the technician. The tile & grout looked really clean afterwards & I’ll be planning for another Zerorez visit soon to do my entire home!

The carpets always look so good when they have been cleaned and they stay clean much longer than with traditional cleaning services. The staff is always pleasant and professional.

Also, I think there is one spot that clumped the carpet---otherwise, very satisfied.

We had some extra cleaning challenges due to a combination of pets and a light colored carpet. Sadly, after our carpet dried from the first cleaning, some spots reappeared. Zerorez sent our awesome technician back to retreat the spots until we were satisfied.

At the same time, we sent an area rug to be cleaned off-site. A mixup made getting the rug back in time for guests look impossible. Following some heroics on the part of Zerorez employees, the rug was delivered as promised and looked amazingly beautiful for our guests.

I was more impressed with my technician. He was very informative, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. In addition, he did a great job!

Toro (terance) arrived on time at exactly 8am. very professional and we would certainly will use zerorez the next time we need our carpet cleaned.

I just vacuumed my carpet for the first time since my clean by Zerorez, and I give you a zero. I have water stains I never had before in the middle of my bedroom carpet. Also, there are demarcation lines left by a machine and dirt where they missed the center of the carpet. I am not impressed and will never use your stain service again
