Courteous & prompt service.
Excellent Job, Dalton was my technician. He arrived as scheduled, courteous and very professional. He did a walk through with me and explained the process. He was efficient but took the time and did the job right. My neighbor came over to see if I was happy with the service and I was able to refer Dalton on the spot. I will use Dalton and Zerorez again and be happy to refer to my friends and family.

Tech was super and very friendly and knowledgeable, but the area rug didn’t have the results I thought it would by how he talked and how he could clean the heck out of it. I kinda want my money back for the area rug.

I liked that no harmful chemicals were used and my carpet and tile look great. Ricardo did a great job. He arrived as scheduled and took pride in his work. He worked hard to ensure my carpet looked almost new despite pet stains. I highly recommend Ricardo.

Darwin and TJ did a great job on our carpet, area rugs, tile, granite and marble entrance. They were very polite and professional. Darwin gave me tips on how best to clean my granite counter tops. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
Great technicians, polite & certainly knew their business. They asked if I wanted carpet stretched. I didn’t even know that service was offered.
I got 3 rooms plus hall for 99. I asked if I could add a rug. Pretty average rug - he gave me a price of $80. Makes no sense.
Cleaning the bedrooms and refusing to clean the empty closets without an upcharge is irritating. Stanley Steemer doesn't do that. You guys used to be a pleasure to deal with. Now it's all about the upcharges.
