good for environment
We are getting ready to put our house on the market and want it to be fresh for potential buyers. We are also dog owners, so that complicates things. The technician did a great job of getting rid of dog odors and didn't have to to use chemicals that we don't want in our home. The house smells great, the carpets feel great and we look forward to doing business with Zerorez in our new home.
Cleaning products clean well and dry quickly. Staff are always on time during the window of time you are given. Staff are also very polite, friendly, and most importantly competent!!
Service Tech (Boston) was very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the product and services. He worked hard and did a great job. Carpet feels like new. We are pleased.
You don’t use chemicals. Technicians have been good.
I liked the thoroughness and the quality of the work. I have a few tiny spots missed but overall I was happy with the results. I will call the company back in 6 months.

Service was great
The job just wasn’t done well. The technical that did the upstairs the week before was wonderful but the tech that did the downstairs was here 25 mins for two large rooms and once it dried there are areas that don’t even look like they’ve been done.
There weren’t even lines on the carpets where you could see it had been cleaned. Not like the first visit at all. Very disappointed
This is the first time I have used your service. Your service technician, Justin, was on time and extremely polite. I showed him the areas of concern with marks in the carpet and went into detail on how he would be able to get it out. Work was done to my satisfaction. I thought the price was a little high but Justin worked hard to make sure the carpet looked great and met my satisfaction. I hope in the future when I use you again that Justin will be available.

Our carpets are clean and fresh without the use of chemicals except for the portion that had severe pet stains which was well soaked before steam cleaning and then had the area encapsulated to seal in the stink and to prevent future accidents.
