Just that your product did not remove the pet odor after up charging from $289 to $475.
HELP MOVE FURNITURE--
Result are great and consistent each time. I also like Prompt service, excellent communication, helpful and polite customers service staff and really great technician who are knowledgable and explain the various services.
I asked for an estimate before making an appointment. The estimate was $850-ish, so I made the appointment. When the person got here he took pictures and recommended additional services. My bill at the end was almost $2,000!!!! I realize that the $850 was an estimate yet I feel as I got the "bait and switch" treatment. I'm not comfortable that the before and after pictures were actually those of my a/c units. I just have to trust that a good job was done. I cannot tell. He also didn't clean the vent covers. I thought that was included in the estimate.

I like the way my carpet is cleaned without using harsh chemicals. The service professionals are friendly, helpful, and always do a great job.
I had my carpets and tile cleaned. The carpet looks great, however I am not at all happy with how the tile looks. The last time I had it done, it was amazing. My grout was back to the original color. But not this time. You could not tell that the floor had been professionally cleaned. I took pictures if you are interested in seeing them. Again, my carpets came out great but I was very disappointed with how the tile floors came out, especially considering how much I paid for that service. I would really like someone to come back and re do the tile. Thank you, Name removed

I usually use Stanley Steamer and it seems cleaner. Carpet is fairly new and it looked like the doorway spot was gone, but it is still there. The technician was nice, but I expected more.
I love the results we got from the cleaning! The carpet in my parent's home had not been professionally cleaned in over14 years. Your technician was able to make the carpet look relatively new, smell fresh, and look BRIGHT! Stains were removed and we are VERY HAPPY!
