Damage was done to a painting and picture frame during the cleaning process. Your claims department can follow up with me about the damage and get this resolved. After an initial message was left on my voicemail, I have not received a phone call back. I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. It has been about a month. I just want this issue resolved.

I was to have my carpets cleaned on Monday July 16 after 4:30.
I get a notice to confirm Tuesday July 17.
I have to call to fix that.
Then, while trying to work (with no personal phones) I get a phone from you states tech will be ready at 11:00. I said no, reminded them of the appointment after 4:30. Then another phone call the tech is ready at 1:00. Again, had to call them back to remind them of the appointment at 4:30 because I was at work. The finally call from you stated that tech was running behind and would not get there until after 6:30. LIKE HECK!!!

Everything from booking the appointment to the actual carpet cleaning was so easy. The cleaning exceeded my expectations as we had some big stains that were completely removed. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

JUSTIN was fantastic! He did a very thorough job of cleaning my sofa, 2 recliners, and a small upholstered chair. He was very professional and congenial. He also cleaned the tile in my kitchen and sealed the grout. I was very impressed on how hard he worked! I will definitely have him back the next time I need cleaning!

it was very easy to schedule an appointment online without having to call. The service guy showed up within the window and I was notified about 30 minutes prior to him arriving. He did a good job cleaning my couch and it looks very clean. The pet odor did not totally come out but it is probably better than it was.

carpet is clean, house smells fresh
After my carpets dried, the dirt in the high traffic areas was still visible. I did not choose the topical treatment assuming that since those rooms did not have pet issues that the areas would come clean.
The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain the whole procedure before and during the cleaning.
Be honest about how long it takes to dry. We were told it would take 4-8 hours. It took over 24 hours in some spots and our carpets wrinkled in places. The wrinkles finally smoothed out.
