I like the fact that ZeroRez does not use soap that leaves behind a residue that attracts dirt. I also like that it is safe for children and pets. I had my downstairs carpet cleaned on 06/05/19. My carpets are a very light color of beige and they are 26 years old! My technician was Isiah Washington. He introduced himself when I opened the door and shook my hand. He was very polite, professional and ON TIME!!! We were already off to a good start! We walked through the areas that were to be cleaned and he provided me with my updated estimate. Then he proceeded to start the process of cleaning my carpets. There are several steps and he explained each step to me as he went along. He asked if I had any questions and if I was satisfied with the results. If I wasn't he would be happy to go over the area again. Mr. Washington is a excellent representation of your company. When I decide to have the carpets cleaned upstairs in my home, I plan to request him as my technician. One last comment. My husband is an engineer and a perfectionist. Almost never is something perfect in his opinion. When he came home from work, he said the carpet looked beautiful! He said he thought it look brand new! Kudos to your company for having such a good product and your employee, Isiah Washington for providing excellent service.

One of the reasons we wanted the carpet cleaned was to eliminate the smell of our dog from the carpet. Apparently the zero rez method of cleaning does not remove the odor
I liked having the technician showing me what was going on and the disgusting things that came off of the carpet.
Our tech was super friendly and very thorough. The window for arrival was between 10-12, and they called me at 9:40 saying he was 20 minutes away. He got there right on time and got to work.
The solution they use smells good and clean, but not overpowering. Once it dried, I couldn't really smell anything. I'll definitely use them again.

Very, very poor results. Extremely disappointed. After many years of using Zerorez we had terrible results with the most recent service. The carpeting was still spotted with soiled areas and did not even appear to be cleaned at all. We called Zerorez to report our dissatisfaction and the same service rep returned to clean the carpeting again. The next day the carpeting looked even worse. It does not appear that Clint knew what the heck he was doing. We subsequently called Stanley Steamer. They cleaned the carpeting yesterday (June 5) and it looks GREAT.
