The spots do not return. Carpet and furniture are always cleaned very well.

I have used ZeroRez many times and have never been disappointed - but this last visit made me a customer for life! We thought the carpet in our rent house was destroyed with stains and odors but the tech did an outstanding job and made the carpet look like new again!!

The tech did not move some chairs in the room and a small throw rug,he just cleaned around them.

That young man didn't try to clean my carpet like the older gentleman who cleaned them previously!I'm left with damp dirty carpets.I'm very disappointed and feel like it was a big waste of time and money!Now I'm having to go with another company to clean my home.So we won't need your services in the future.

We had some ver stubborn slime stain that didn’t exactly come out completely bu this sure improve the look.
We specifically chose Zerorez because of the lack of chemicals used in the cleaning process. We have a crawling child and wanted to be sure the carpets were clean, but also safe.
