My service yesterday was as usual, wonderful. The technician was on time and my appointment was well communicated. He did a great job informing me of my options and checking places where I had concerns. He took his time to do a great job in making my carpet look it’s very best. Zerorez is professional, timely, and my carpet always looks amazing after they've cleaned it. I've used several carpet cleaners in the past. My carpet never looked as clean as it does after Zerorez has cleaned it.

I talked to the woman on the phone and said i wanted to do the 3 for 99. She said ok. Booked the apt and sent the guy out.
Within 10 minutes of being in our home we were being quoted upwards of $650. For a little more than that I could replace the carpet and pad in those two rooms.
I am fine with a little upsell, as a salesman by trade I can even appreciate it... but to quote me upwards of 600% is absurd.

I like that you don't use chemicals and it's a green way to clean. Charles also told me that the steam cleaning kills all kinds of bacteria, so sanitizes and cleans. He did a good job!
