Done a good job all around

Carpet was cleaner but didn’t do much for the dog smell.

Charged high price to remove urine (which was communicated initially that it “would” be removed. It was not. 2nd visit this week - communicated this time that due to rug material it most likely “would not” come out. Then why not tell me this to begin with, instead of charging me an outrageous price? Incredibly disappointed.

The agitation brush first lifting the pile and any debris prior to extraction, makes for a great cleaning. I have used many vendors and return to Zerorez as they are more detailed. Good job on cleaning the travel paths the retain more soil.

I was disappointed that a regular cleaning would not take care of the pet stains upstairs, causing the need for the significant increase in cost of $60 per room to take care of them. Not necessarily anyone’s fault, just cost much ore than I was hoping.

We were not told an accurate description of how much of the deep cleaner is used on spots. I was very detailed about my concerns regarding a cat and several dogs in the home from previous owners and that the deep cleaning would be needed. I was told one gallon would be put on to start and tech would see if others is needed. We would have needed probably at least 8 or more gallons with how much was used on one spot and could only afford two. If we were given a better idea on how much might be needed we would have used a different company or just saved the money to replace the carpet. $75 a gallon is a ridiculous price if here is more than one spot needing to be treated. You should automatically know if pets have been in the home previously there might be several spots needing treatment.

They did a great job cleaning our carpets. They were so knowledgeable and extemely polite. Their price was very reasonable and they worked very efficiently. They took good care not to disturb the walls and baseboards. The staff went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

The first cleaner (Dalton) didn’t really even do a mediocre job. I didn’t realize that until it died and looked really bad.

Then Eric did what should have been done in the first place. I regret that I didn’t look in every room after Eric or I might have noticed two rooms were still dry. Regardless, Eric corrected it the next day. We are extremely pleased with the job Eric did.
