I had my apartment carpets cleaned on a Saturday, $99 for 3 rooms, $10 environment fee, $60 per room for pet cleaning, and another $40 for special spot cleaning ($350 total after taxes). It is now Wednesday and the apartment smells exactly the way it did before the cleaning. I am very disappointed. $350 worth of cleaning didn’t even last a week..

I was not informed about the additional charges for environmental waste and when I addressed it no one responded

The person who came to clean my carpet was on time and very efficient. He cleaned the carpet,the tile in one room and was on his way. I had a coupon and he accepted that and gave the discount. He told me the gift card would be mailed at a later date.

Very rude service tech. Spent 32 minutes doing three rooms in a 1700 square foot home. Job was poorly done. I called to request refund and was told that protocol is to send someone to redo first. I do not wish to have anyone from this company in my home again. I again request a refund of the $199 paid for this job.

Called with problem after tile floor cleaning. Warped wood flooring that was adjacent. No response after a week. Very disappointed.
