We liked the technicians that came and kept us informed along the way. Carpets came out looking amazing. Even old "reappearing" stains are gone!
The work done on my carpet was very poor quality. Stains still on my carpet and it looks exactly the same as before it was cleaned. I feel I paid too much for the quality of service I received. I am very dissapointed, I used Zerorez because I hear 94.9fm Klty always raving about your company but I'm sorry to say my experience with your company was a very poor one.
It’s been a few years since we’ve had our carpets cleaned. Afterwards, our carpet looks 10 years newer!! Wonderful results and the guys cleaning were very informative and careful with our furnishings!
