Personnel very professional, courteous and friendly. Zerorez always eliminates all our bad spots and they don’t reappear once the carpet dries as compared to other carpet companies.
Loved how timely and fast they were! super nice to work with!
Fast, courteous & very effective carpet cleaning.

I like that there is 0 residue left. I also like the price.
Green products. Professional. Prompt and friendly and cleans carpets well.
Inexpensive. Made an old darkened carpet look off white and almost new again...including much used steps! The work man was polite, listened to what I wanted and did a great job. My second time and I will use them again.
Great Service. On time. Great results.

Very professional and excellent service!
The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use y’all again.
They’re all clean products and the technicians really take the time to explain the process and answer any questions along the way.
I like the fact that Evan was on time. He was very knowledgeable about the job he was doing and offered advice on how to take care of carpet in between the suggested yearly cleaning. Which I will be getting to take full advantage of keeping one of the biggest dust trapping filters in my home. Since yesterday's cleaning I can already tell the difference in how it has affected my allergies. No sneezing or runny eyes for me. Thanks Zerorez for the awesome job!
Their products are kid and animal safe. Their prices and they schedule you quickly.
Donte was excellent. Professional and polite
Called in thinking I'd get a reputable company. Instead, I felt like I had been scammed. I wss advised to get pet treatment to thoroughly clean carpet.I was advised they could treat areas for pet urine @ $75.00/spot the size of a basket ball, which would be over $500.00. Then, I was offered another treatment to clean the fibers of the carpet. Since the spots would return if i went with the $99 special. Wound up spending $250. & they did not get the smell out.
Disappointed that I heard about Zerorez on a Christian radio station.
Would have liked carpet thoroughly cleaned for what I paid.
Zerorez was short staffed on day of. My Technician came 1.5 hour early completed work within minutes, seemed way too quick for 3 bedrooms..
The technician was able to clean the carpet, tile and wood flooring. He was very professional, informative and did excellent work!
