Had to call and have you come out and redo two of the rooms. The first guys that came out did not move the small cabinet that was easy to move. I could’ve moved it if I had I been asked. And then the living room they didn’t even try to get out the coffee stains. Neither offered treatment on it. When I questioned them they said they had already put away their hose and had me sign and left. They were in my home less than 30 minutes. So I called again and they did send another young man out

He was very good. I told him the whole story and by this time we had moved the little cabinet so he could see. He treated it and he got every bit of it up out of the bedroom. he worked and worked, Even did some extra spots that the other guy had missed. He went into the living room, he treated it and most of the coffee came out. There’s a slight shadow but much better. He was attentive and professional and he spent at least 40 minutes by himself on those two areas.

The only reason I would possibly not use you again is I would never want those first two guys brought out. Second guy, he was very good.

We had our air ducts cleaned as well as the fan, etc. I appreciate knowing we are breathing in clean air.

Office staff was not very friendly when I called Monday AM to get an approximate time for when service would be Monday afternoon. I was informed I would get a call 30 minutes prior to technician arrival and had technician arrive to my home with no notice and he showed me where he had provided an ETA to the office.

Office staff should be re-trained on notification of customer contact before appointment and also reinforced positive customer interaction. Of technician had not been so great I would not be recommending ZeroRez for future use.

No follow up by CS/Ops and after redo, carpets look no better than previous services.

Whata I appreciated was the friendly nature of the carpet tech, his ability to work with us and answer questions. The only thing that I would prefer is to be explained the process of cleaning the carpet. It starts with a solution that lightly saturates the carpet and then comes back with the powerful carpet cleaning extraction device. I thought the first application was the cleaning and was initially disappointed until I realize the job was incomplete. Other than that lack of communication, I am satisfied with the services and glad I chose Zerorez instead of some lesser quality shop or cleaning company.
