Even when using the flashing for pet urine it did not get rid of the odor! I thought the odor was gone the first time zerorez did the flashing but it did not get rid of it. You guys came out again and it still did not come out.
The person servicing our house was very professional and knowledgeable..He took the time to explain each process and did a fantastic job. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to protect our belongings. Would highly recommend their service and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to our friends and family.

Lack of odor and quick dry
I use Zerorez because of the chemical-free method you use for cleaning. The method is very effective for general cleaning plus it effectively removes pet stains from my carpet. Thanks for offering this non-traditional safe option.

This was our first experience with Zerorez based upon a recommendation from a good friend. The tech arrived on time. However, we would not recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning. I do not think that the $199 we spent was a value for the service rendered. The bathroom ceramic tile was left spotty and now needs to be touched up by me. One high traffic area in the master bedroom is not to our satisfaction after waiting 24 hours for the carpet to dry thoroughly. The other bedroom with a pet stain ($70 up charge) looks better but am not certain what it will look like in 3-4 weeks. Overall, this did not meet our expectations. There are many choices for carpet cleaning and will look for another provider next time. The Howells.
Service was great! Technician was very friendly, efficient, and we are satisfied with the work done in our home.
The carpets look great. My only negative comment is the grass died where the hose went across the grass and it looks like some hot water was spilled on the grass cause there is a dead patch of grass too right near the hose mark. The guys were super friendly and listened to my concerns.
Both the products and the technicians do a better job than I’ve ever had before. I got through on the phone easily and was booked quickly and efficiently. What’s not to love?

The truck had faulty equipment and he hose leaked water as it was going through the house leaving water spots on the tile. The master closet, which is where he started, has a bad odor now that it is all dry. This is where he didn't seem to have good suction on his how. The technician was friendly and seemed hard working but the equipment was not in the best of shape.
Good service and a good job. The prices are reasonable and competitive also.
Carpet in living area fell short of my expectations. Rest of house appears fine. Starting to get expensive need to rethink future cleanings.
