I like the fact that no toxic chemicals are used and Zerorez stands by their work. They will re-clean the carpets if you are not happy, which is rare.
We had a recurring stain that showed up again after getting our carpets cleaned. I contacted Zerorez and they took care of it free of charge!

Can’t think of anything
The pricing was up front. All suggested sales were done before visit. At the time of the visit the tech came in assessed the job, asked some basic questions and went to work. No high pressure sales. When done, the house smelled clean. No perfumes, no old carpet smells. The carpet wasn't crunchy feeling like others I've used. This was out first use of Zerorez and I'll use again.
You advertised 3 rooms for $100.00. Our bill was over $300.00. What do you actually do for $100.00? I wish your tv and radio ads would state how much for additional costs for additional services; such as, pet stains, tough stains, etc. I understand the need for the additional treatments but feel like a "bait and switch" was done. Very displeased.
